Gerard Craft is bringing his restaurant magic to the Four Season St. Louis. Craft, the owner of other local favorites like Sardella and Pastaria, will launch Cinder House inside the current Cielo location. Wood-fired cooking will be at the heart of the menu, reports Feast. Cinder House is set to open in August of this year.
The Rascal Flatts Bar and Grill
Next STL reported earlier this year that The Rascal Flatts Bar and Grill is planned for the MX building at 600 Washington Ave., across from The National Blues Museum. The original location in Connecticut features frequent live music and a Southern-inspired menu full of comfort favorites like chicken and waffles and buttermilk biscuits with jam.
You know the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, but this BLT is bringing something new: breakfast, lunch and tacos. According to St. Louis Magazine, BLT—which will be housed in the former The Kitchen Sink location on North Sixth Street—will offer a Southwestern take on breakfast and lunch, with happy hours coming later after the liquor license is approved. BLT is planning to open June 2018.
The Gateway Arch makeover wouldn’t be complete without a place to eat. The recently announced Arch Café will follow a farm-to-table concept and aims to be a zero-waste establishment, reports KMOV. The 1,600-square-foot eatery is planning to open on July 4, 2018, one day after the renovated Arch museum.
