Valentine’s Day is around the corner! With about two weeks left until the holiday of love, it’s time to make reservations. Couples hoping to celebrate the holiday have a plethora of Downtown options, ranging from the lighthearted to the luxurious.

DAYTIME CELEBRATION

Start your Valentine’s Day with sweet treats! The Valentine’s Day Bubbly & Chocolate Experience at the Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier Downtown location gives guests an informative and oh-so-tasty tour. Couples will enjoy mimosas, strawberries and chocolates, and each couple will receive a gift box of truffles to take home.

DECEDENT DINING

Roses are red… The Cardinals are red… They go together, right? If you and your valentine love the Red Birds, celebrate the holiday at Cardinals Nation Restaurant & Bar at Ballpark Village with the Valentine’s Day Dinner for Two.

Looking for something more formal? Head to Cielo Restaurant & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis for a four- or six-course meal by Executive Chef Gian Nicola Colucci. A Valentine’s Day four-course dinner will also be served at Lucas Park Grille, and Alumni Saint Louis will offer speciality Valentine’s Day drinks along with a full dinner menu.

EVENING ENTERTAINMENT

Head to The Thaxton for a speakeasy holiday at the Naughty-Tine evening event. With three DJs and three floors of celebrating, this art deco extravaganza even comes with complimentary cocktails (drink tickets for standard admission and open bar for VIP).

Prefer live music? Head to Broadway Oyster Bar for the Valentine’s Day with Voodoo Phish presented by Urban Chestnut concert. The Voodoo players will perform two sets of favorites by Phish while you and your sweetheart enjoy seafood and drinks. Cheers!
